 Beaches
Milnerton Beach is very popular with the surfers while Bloubergstrand and Melbbosstrand are favourites for windsurfing. However, the wind often blows strongly along the West Coast resulting in large breakers so this is not the place for surfing or windsurfing beginners. They should rather stick to Milnerton's protected lagoon.
Don't forget that the water temperatures of the Atlantic, even in summer, don't often exceed 18 degrees celsius. For a longer period of time in the water one has to wear a wetsuit.
Golf
