Mountain Zebra National Park

 Access: The Mountain Zebra National Park lies 12 kilometres from Cradock on the road from Middelburg to Graaff-Reinet. The access road and all the roads in the park are good, but untarred. The gate opens daily from 7 am to 6 pm.Facilities: There is a small shop with petrol station and restaurant in the park. The swimming pool is reserved for the use of overnight guests. Day visitors may use some very nice picnic spots. Activities: You can drive in your own car through the park to watch the game. And there are hiking trails, even a 3-day trail, which has to be prebooked. Restcamp and Accommodation: There are nice cottages with 4 beds (2 bedrooms) as well as the Doornhoek Guest House with 6 beds (3 bedrooms). And there is a campground.
