Visitors are welcome on the Clovelly Golf Course The access from Cape Town goes via Muizenberg on the coastal road 310 in the direction of Fish Hoek. Turn right behind Kalk Bay (sign-posted). One can also drive via Hout Bay and Noordhoek taking the Chapman's Peak Drive.

The Clovelly Country Club is known to be one of the most beautiful courses in the Cape region. The course lies between Fish Hoek and Kalk Bay on the Cape Peninsula in the picturesque Clovelly valley in scenic nature. The softly undulating grounds are bordered in the north by mountains covered in Fynbos and by sand dunes in the south. In some places one has a view of the Indian Ocean. The clubhouse above the course is generously laid out and has a colonial flair.

The fairways of the Clovelly Golf Course are narrow and require precision. Often strong winds push from False Bay into the valley of Clovelly. The 9th hole is perceived as the most difficult Par 5 in the entire Cape.



The club has a new practice range. The clubhouse boasts a very good restaurant, lounge and bar and a well assorted Pro shop.
