Bordering the Kruger National Park, Bongani Mountain Lodge is perched atop a granite mountain with breathtaking views of the spectacular Malelane Mountains.

Bongani comprises 20 chalets and nine family suites, ideal for families, groups or individual travellers. Each has two en suite bathrooms and a private deck. The rooms are spread out across the mountain ridge and feature two en suite bathrooms with air-conditioning, ceiling fans and private decks.

In addition to offering an extraordinary African safari experience, Bongani shelters one of the world's richest sources of San rock art - the greatest concentration per square metre on earth. Guests may also enjoy twice-daily game-drives in open 4x4 safari vehicles, guided bush walks and visits to local communities.

Delicious Pan-African food is served in the candle- and fire-lit boma (reeded enclosure), in the dining room or on the generous decks featuring wraparound views of the outstanding mountainous terrain. Bush breakfasts and romantic bush dinners are a highlight.
