 Blommenberg Guest House is an ideal stop-over for business representatives, travellers on the Cape to Namibia route, small specialised groups (up to about 20), fishermen and boating enthusiasts and hikers.
Accommodation: There are twelve en-suite rooms. All are quiet, spacious and airy and have been recently renovated. Eight of the rooms overlook our lush garden-court yard and swimming pool. All the rooms have television with Mnet, air conditioning, small fridge stocked with drinks, tea and coffee making facilities, heating and electric blankets in winter.
Self catering: Four rooms are equipped for self-catering. There are two large family rooms and two rooms with double beds. The Family Rooms have a double bed and two single bunkbeds. They are positioned in such a way that there is maximum privacy. All four rooms are situated on our front veranda with a view of the Cederberg. There is also a shady garden with braai facilities.
Facilities: Swimming pool and gardens, barbecue/braai facilities (outdoor as well as under cover), same-day laundry service. Airy diningroom with fine collection of antique furniture and collectables. Wireless Internet. Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club and American Express are accepted. Off-street parking bays.
Meals: A generous breakfast is included in the room rate. We enjoy cooking and evening meals are available by special arrangement (only for groups of 6 or more).
We speak English, Afrikaans, Dutch, German and French.
Children of all ages are welcome.
