 Established in 1852 and steeped in history, the Sandford Park Country Hotel is gently nestled at the foothills of the Drakensberg Mountains. Sandford Park is set in a picturesque English country garden with park-like surroundings and dramatic views of the Berg. It is conveniently located from the N3 between Johannesburg and Durban, close to the Royal Natal National Park.
Accommodation: Sandford offers 50 tastefully decorated and spacious rooms, all en-suite. Guests have a choice of 26 traditional rooms, all with upcountry cottage décor and all under thatch - being warm in winter and cool in summer. Or we have 24 new Executive rooms, all with the modern features, private patios, bathrooms with separate bath and shower and each with an amazing view of the Berg, while lying in your bed! Our spacious rooms also provide: Tea and coffee making facilities, double or twin beds or family rooms, en-suites with separate showers, telephones, safes for valuables. A honeymoon suite and rooms with fireplaces are available.
