 This modern 3-storey villa lies in the best position of Scott Estate, high above the valley of Hout Bay with stunning views of the Atlantic and the mountains.The property lies on a slope rendering also the top storey accessible at street level. While the bottom part is the owner's residence, the two upper storeys build a completely furnished luxury apartment of generous proportions for the discerning holiday guest. The holiday apartment consists of a spacious lounge and a separate dining room, both opening to the big, covered live-in balcony and furnished, like the entire apartment, in a modern elegant style.
