 Farm 215 is a fynbos reserve of 800 hectares, in the rural Overberg, midway on the road from Gansbaai to Baardskeerdersbos. It is crowned by some of the highest peaks in the area and scarred by kloofs (gorges) up to 100 meters deep. The vegetation on the slopes exists out of different types of the original indigenous flora ("fynbos"), boasting thousands of plant species that have the Western Cape of South Africa as their only habitat in the world.Accommodation: Spacious rooms on first floor of old homestead with bathroom en-suite. Or large freestanding units spaced out (75 meters apart) along a meandering path. Or freestanding house 500 m from the homestead with 3 bedrooms and kitchen for self-catering. Ideal for a family.
