 Donkin Country House is a comfortable, warm and affordable stay-over in Beaufort West. This is where affordability and luxury comes together as a pleasant surprise.
Accommodation: 20 recently renovated, spacious and stylish en-suite rooms for single travellers, or for a "big" family on their way to a holiday destination. Each room is equipped with air-conditioning to cool off in summer time or for a warm and cosy stay in winter. There are coffee/tea facilities, TV's (with the normal channels and a choice of any one DStv-channel), hairdryers and interesting reading material.
Facilities: Bar. Sparkling pool and beautiful garden. Gymnasium to relax after a stressful drive. Braai-facilities. Walking distance from the local golf course. Enclosed safe parking. The gate will be locked at a certain time, where after guests will use their own key to come in and out.
Meals: In the morning our guests can enjoy a full English Breakfast. In the evening a real traditional South African cooked dinner at candlelight is offered. It's a set menu, consisting of a Karoo lamb-dish, 3 vegetables, a Greek salad and pudding. Our cuisine is superb and prepared with our area in mind.
